In this a blog i read, it talked about how "Mistakes are painful when they happen, but years later a collection of mistakes is what is called experience." Meaning yeah they cause pain and regret but after a while, the mistakes become experience and you know what not to do. I think it's a good quote because its a true fact and people don't realize it.

In Steve Farber' leadership post, he, like many others, talk about people making mistakes and there'll is always going to be a better out come. His post are really meaningful and are motivational too. In my opinion, i think he is correct when he says that some people appreciate one another, but there are other types of people who could careless about others and worry about themselves.
This week's blog was about setting goals and the importance of them. I think setting goals before the day begins is important because it keeps you motivated to keep trying to push for that goal. But in order to master teh goals you have to be honest about them and be truthful to yourself.. Habit #3 of our study of the Covey's Habits of Highly Successful People is putting first things first.
